Growing up in Carmichael gave me an appreciation of the rich heritage of Sacramento's most established neighborhoods, an appreciation I can share with clients buying and selling today in the Sacramento communities.
I believe that real estate is the ultimate service industry so I have created a real estate practice that emphasizes service. I believe that clients have the right to expect warmth, courtesy, efficiency and integrity from their real estate agent. I am a full time Windermere agent, representing both buyers and sellers. I put 110% into my business and my clients. I represent both buyers and sellers equally.
As a listing agent, I hire a professional photographer to photograph ALL my listings. We all know how important it is to have FABULOUS photos of your home when listed. If you don't have great photos, buyers are not going to come. Pricing your property correctly is pertinent as well. I will provide you a Comparative Market Analysis and keep you updated weekly.
I help many buyers as well. I grew up in Sacramento and know the area well which is very important in choosing your future home. I am familiar with schools and neighborhoods.
I look after my clients best interest at all times. I love my job and would love the opportunity to work with you to achieve your real estate goals!
