We give back to our community and support our local businesses. Since 2015, our team has donated over $1.6M to local non-profits throughout our region, along with other various philanthropic accomplishments.

Proud Partner of Cancer Champions

Windermere Signature Properties is a proud partner of Cancer Champions and sponsor of their annual Cancer Champions Walk-Run-Roll. Cancer Champions is a nonprofit providing community, fitness, nutrition, and mindset support to individuals diagnosed with cancer - completely free of charge. Participants receive expert-led programming and a strong, uplifting community that helps them build strength, resilience, and hope during and after treatment. Windermere is a proud supporter of Cancer Champions and the life-changing impact they make for people facing cancer.

Through the Windemere Foundation and individual office-level programs, every office gives annual grants to worthy organizations throughout Greater Sacramento. Our vision is to inspire and empower care and kindness in our community. We offer time, talent, and treasure to local organizations that make our community a better place. More than 93% of our sales associates and employees contribute to the Windermere Foundation.

Annual Community Service Day

Windermere Signature Properties’ annual Community Service Day brings together volunteers from each of our 13 offices to help communities in need. From food banks to animal rescues to community clean-ups, local organizations benefit from the hands-on projects led by agents and employees.

Our Community Service Day allows agents and staff to give back to the communities in which they live, work, and play. Each office researches the greatest need in its local area, reaches out to organizations, and works collaboratively to plan a project.

Over 122,000 Coats and Winter Clothing Items Donated to Local Non-Profits Since 2010!

Each October, each of Windermere Signature Properties’ local offices, in conjunction with our agents, clients, and colleagues, collect new and gently used coats and winter clothing items to distribute to those in need throughout the Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado counties. Each year, we are able to donate thousands of coats, scarves, mittens, hoodies, fleece, hats, and more to local nonprofits and organizations. It is our largest community drive and a tradition we take great pride in.
