Living in a 1930's home in Midtown has increased my appreciation for older homes and neighborhoods. I've enjoyed listing and selling homes in East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, and Midtown. There are also wonderful neighborhoods a little farther from Downtown: Sierra Oaks, Wilhaggin, Del Dayo, and Arden Park are all beautiful areas with larger lots, quieter streets, and great schools However, depending on my clients needs, sometimes the affordability and function of homes in Natomas, West Sac.,Carmichael, and Fair Oaks are better suited for their lifestyles. At the end of the day my clients benefit from my extensive market knowledge of homes and neighborhoods.
