How it Works

Earn money without the customary membership fees: no need to maintain REALTOR® Association membership, pay Multiple Listing Services fees or pay for errors and omissions insurance.

When you refer a buyer or seller through Windermere Signature Referral Network, your client will be matched with the best-suited agent. Simply call or request the on-line referral link to submit your referral to Windermere Signature Referral Network. We do the rest while you await your check at the close of escrow.

Who can participate?

If you are a new licensee or wish to be a referral agent only, you may do so with Windermere Signature Referral Network. You must maintain your license in active status with the CalDRE.

Is there an upfront cost to become a Lyon Referral Network associate?

No upfront cost. You only pay a one-time annual fee of $100 to Windermere Signature Referral Network, paid out of your first closing in a calendar year. A split of the commission applies and is based on the sales price.
